Sofia and the Qwerty Soft team have become a staple for my eCommerce brand here in the USA under the name EZ Kratom. We have been in business since 2016 and I was originally the one who maintained the website. It grew to a level we never thought it would and I never could find a reliable person to actually help me take care of the website. I was eventually introduced to Sofia and her team through a mutual colleague and she has honestly made my life much easier in that regard. The thing about Qwerty Soft is that they never say "no." If you have a feature, request, idea, or anything else for your website/company, she is going to hear you out every step of the way. Since I am a natural born American and only know English as my first language (I know, very typical, LOL), she will send follow up questions for clarification if she does not understand something completely. I am notorious for rambling on in my messages and over explaining things, but she is always willing to read every single letter that I type out to make sure the job is being done properly. She absolutely will not move forward on something without clarifying every detail first and that is something I appreciate a lot. Generally, we do Loom videos back and forth because it makes it easier to simply show her what we are talking about, rather than always trying to explain with words. Though there are a lot of words also, videos have made things that much easier. Kratom is not a very known product and there are a lot different strains/variants, as well as major guidelines to go by because the product is not regulated by the FDA. Not only is it not regulated by the FDA, but it is deemed "adulterated" as it is considered a "new food ingredient" and has not been in the US "food supply" long enough for them to consider it "safe." I say all that to say: Sofia and her team completely understand this and listen to every little detail that we provide them. Whether it's EZK's attorney giving us changes to the website, my employees having issues with the website, etc. she is there to help and make sure it is taken care of. We have 100% trust in her when it comes to our company accounts, whether that be our email accounts, database, or any other company account that has sensitive information, we have no worries at all when we give her this information. In fact, she reminded me 3 or 4 different times over the course of a week to make sure we changed our Gmail password because we provided the account login to her. Even though she knows she is not going to do anything - and I know as well, she does not want us to feel uncomfortable, nor does she want to feel uncomfortable for anything happening to the account. These are things that I, and all of us, appreciate. If you're reading this, you will not go wrong with the Qwerty Soft team. And for the record: I did not get paid to write this feedback.
